Josh Fisher Seniors Cancellation Policy

We are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.    

We block out our studio and staff (which sometimes come in from out of town) for one hour for every appointment, this is why we collect a $75 session reservation fee. This policy is to insure that we are booking serious and committed clients.   The fee is fully refundable on the day of your ordering appointment as long as you show for your appointment. 

Reservation fees on appointments rescheduled with more than one week notice are applied to the new appointment. Reschedules must be made by phone and are not accepted via email. The reservation fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.

Please be prepared to reschedule if there is more than a 50% chance of rain, excessive heat, or other inclement weather. We'll let you know if we need to change the date.

Please Note: There is a $150 penalty, billed immediately, for no-shows. If, unfortunately, you are unable to make your session, the refundable booking fee is forfeited, but please let us know in advance to avoid being charged the no-show fee.
